This is an exciting opportunity to help support moving image collections at the British Library.
Your key duties will involve managing our Broadcast News service of current television and radio news programmes, helping to implement onsite digital delivery of archive video, and working with our curators to manage a growing collection of moving images on news, theatre, pop music, oral history and ethnomusicology.
With evidence of strong engagement with moving images, you will have experience of working with audio-visual media in digital and physical environments, cataloguing audio-visual media, and an interest in news and current affairs. This is a great opportunity to work with a diverse moving image collection on a variety of formats at one of the world’s leading libraries.
